Mark Davis of Davis Commercial Real Estate represented The University of Texas Physicians on three transactions for a health center and office locations:

• 14,048 SF of office space at Plaza Medical Center Bldg located at 1200 Binz St.  Matt Gilbert of REsourcesCRE represented the Landlord, Altera Park Plaza LLC
• 7,800 SF for a health center at Greens Crossroads Shopping Center located at I-45 N and Greens Rd.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S Miller represented the Landlord, Vendure Crossroads LLC.
• 6,575 SF for a health center at Merchants Park Shopping Center located at Shepherd and N 11th in the Houston Heights.  Dianne Colella represented the Landlord, Brixmor Holdings.

Primary care services for adults include a focus on women’s health with Well Woman exams, preventative care, and reproductive specialties. The health center will offer comprehensive pediatric care ranging from school physicals and vaccinations to specialized care for injuries and illnesses. The health center will be open Monday through Friday and will have Saturday hours as well as late evening availability.
