Last week Mark Davis and Jonathan Hicks attended the Grand Opening of the Dunkin Donuts store located in Humble, Texas. (The store is specifically located in the Orleans Square Shopping Center on W. Lake Houston Drive, just north of Will Clayton.) Jonathan Hicks represented Dunkin Donuts in this lease.
This Humble store is the first location in the Houston expansion for MM Donuts and features meeting, conference, and party rooms, in addition to workspace for individuals or small groups. Dunkin plans to open 50-60 stores across the greater Houston area over the next 5 years.
